Terms & Conditions:

1. Check in time is from 12:00pm, earlier time available if notified to the proprietors at the time of booking.
2. Check out time before 12:00pm, later times available if agreed with the proprietors at the time of booking.
3. If B&B accomodation is cancelled after 12:00pm the day before arrival then a full nights stay will be charged.
4. If Family House accomodation is cancelled during the full week before arrival then a full nights stay will be charged.
5. Guide dogs are welcome at Model Farm.
6. Small dogs are permitted but must be on a lead at all times; not allowed in the restaurant or bar.
